1. Booking and Confirmation:
    All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents. A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is finalized.

  2. Payment Terms:
    A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of the trip, unless otherwise specified. Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

  3. Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure will be refunded, minus any applicable fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  4. Modifications:
    Any changes to bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

  5. Health and Safety:
    Participants must inform Sahara Cruiser of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Sahara Cruiser reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed unfit for the activity for safety reasons.

  6. Insurance:
    All participants are advised to have personal travel insurance covering accidents, health, and personal belongings. Sahara Cruiser is not liable for loss, damage, or injuries during the trip.

  7. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:
    In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, Sahara Cruiser may modify or cancel the itinerary for the safety of participants. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.

  8. Liability:
    Sahara Cruiser is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by external factors such as road conditions, traffic, or acts of nature.

  9. Code of Conduct:
    Participants are expected to respect local customs, the environment, and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

  10. Personal Belongings:
    Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Sahara Cruiser will not be held liable for loss or theft of any items during the trip.

  11. Children Policy:
    Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Special rates or conditions may apply for families.

  12. Photography and Media:
    Sahara Cruiser may use photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. Participants who wish to opt out must inform us in advance.
